2025 Webinars and Key Dates for ATCs, Tutors / Assessors and IQA’s!

To further support ATCs, Tutors / Assessors and IQAs, STA are excited to release the Educator Coffee and Chat, IQA standardisation sessions, Tutor standardisation sessions and technical webinars for 2025.

Educator Coffee and Chats

These sessions are open to all ATC personnel, tutors, assessor, IQAs and ATC Co-ordinators. The informal drop-in sessions offer an opportunity for a general catch up with our EQAs and other ATCs, sharing ideas and thoughts as well as ask any questions. These sessions are not recorded.

*New for 2025* Discipline Coffee and Chats

These sessions are open to all ATC personnel, tutors, assessor, IQAs and ATC Co-ordinators. The informal drop-in sessions will focus on a specific discipline hosted by the qualification development team, offering an opportunity for best practice updates, sharing ideas and thoughts as well as asking any questions. These sessions are not recorded.

Following feedback, in 2025 the IQA standardisation, tutor standardisation and technical webinars sessions will be available in a programme format. The free programme will be available on STA Online via the swim shop. On completion of the programme, members will be issued with a certificate of completion which will be available on their STA Online to share with the ATC they are working with. ½ a CPD point will also be issued to each webinar session.

IQA Standardisation Sessions

To support IQAs in understanding STA’s quality assurance requirements and to help them with their personal development in the role, STA are delivering quarterly standardisation sessions. Each session will be recorded and available on STA Online.

Tutor / Assessor Standardisation Sessions

STA are delivering 2 standardisation webinars designed to upskill tutors / assessors across all disciplines to ensure STA standards are maintained, support tutors with their delivering and assessors with assessment standards. Each session will be recorded and available on STA Online via the swim shop.
