New Pool Plant Operations Qualification Coming Soon

Following a qualification review period of STA’s existing pool plant qualifications, STA is delighted to announce that a new Pool Plant Operations qualification will be launching Wednesday 1st November 2017, replacing the existing Pool Plant Operations qualification.

The new qualification has been developed by the industry for the industry, following PWTAG guidelines and National Occupational Standards, providing all the information required to successfully run a pool, spa or interactive water feature plant.

Any Pool Plant Operations courses registered to commence on or after 1st November 2017 will automatically be using the new qualification. Further information and guidance on the qualification will be released in October, along with resources such as a new course manual, assessment materials and course presentations.

A new version of the course manual is being released for this qualification; therefore we advise course organisers against buying large quantities of the existing manual as these will become obselete when the new qualification launches.
