2023 ATC Annual Declaration of Compliance Submission 24 hours Left!

The 2023 ATC Annual Declaration of Compliance submission window closes in 24 hours, Sunday 3rd September 2023.

Safety Training Awards require all Approved Training Centres (ATCs) to read and complete the annual Declaration of Compliance to determine the level of compliance and future compliance within the ATC approval criteria and STA qualification requirements.

ATC co-ordinators should have received an email from STA Compliance, on 24th July at 10.00am, with the editable PDF 2023 ATC Declaration of Compliance document attached. If an ATC co-ordinator has not received this email, please contact compliance@safetytrainingawards.co.uk.

The 2023 Declaration of Compliance submission window has been open since Monday 31st July 2023 and the closing date for submission is Sunday 3rd September 2023.

ATC co-ordinators only have 24 hours to complete and sign the Declaration of Compliance, and submit it via email to compliance@safetytrainingawards.co.uk

To support ATC co-ordinators, the External Quality Assurance team hosted a “Guidance on how to complete and submit the ATC Annual Declaration of Compliance” webinar. The recording is available on STA Online >, Webinar Recordings >, Qualifications section.

Please note, if the 2023 Declaration of Compliance is not submitted by Sunday 3rd September 2023, STA has a regulatory obligation to take appropriate action against the ATC, in line with the sanctions policy which may include suspension of registration.
