This online programme is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their knowledge and raise awareness of mental health for themselves and others.
This programme has been designed by Paula Parker who is an active member in the deaf community for 15 years. This CPD has been developed to aid and support swimming teachers in making their lessons and the swimming pool environment more inclusive for deaf children or children with communication needs.
Covers the importance of customer service for those within the leisure industry as well as best practice customer care skills such as handling complaints and dealing with customers.
